By virtualization, I assume you mean VMware. Glassware is irrelevant (and I am being .... kind).

So, why not invest in VMware directly? Sphere is just one of about 70,000+ VMware partners, and frankly, their management is extraordinarily inept. I base that on performance: 9+ years of consecutive quarterly losses.

If you think Sphere sells its own virtualization IP, perhaps you can explain why Novarad and Entisys are no longer selling Sphere solutions. As I recall, Sphere proclaimed that Novorad had HUGE market potential with thousands of installs just waiting to be upgraded. Result: zero clients and zero revenue. What happened?

Entisys were described as one of VMware's largest resellers with global reach (they were most definitely not). So, what happened to them? Again, zero clients and zero revenue.

But, by all means, invest in Sphere. I hear that the boathouse in Barbados needs a new dock.
