Usually there is some ratio of clarity even if the timing is unknown. This is six of one and half a dozen of the other. Things could go either way. With that said, I think there is a lot more upside potential than downside now.

Could very well be some license deals/settlements in the near future now that we do have clarity on the '844 patent being valid and enforceable according to PTAB, district court and now appellate court.

I don't have a huge position, but bought 10K at $2.22 and another 17K under $2.20 Friday and got my basis under $2.20 for 27K. Good starting point.

I don't see much downside for awhile and many opportunities for pops. The numbers on their 10K for 2017 will actually look quite impressive with that extra $12.5M coming in. Time to be nimble and make some money.
