You and I and all the people have been told that DRE is the next generation of pellets to steel. Clarke is attempting to finish the DRE and be DRE ready before Cliffs is ready in Toledo. Clarke may have his mill ready before Cliffs, but may not be able to tap into the huge iron ore reserves around the Butler Pit in Nashwauk if Cliffs has control of the land, then Clarke would have to buy pellets from US Steel in Keewatin and Cliffs in Hibbing. Also if Cliffs wants to feed pellets to Its DRE plant in Toledo, Cliffs is going to have to be old school and load the pellets on the boats on the Great Lakes and that will be more expensive. This is what I have been told and other then that I do not know my ass from a hole in the ground. Still own lots of shares of CLF and am still very optimistic.
