Common sense would sure make you think all those filings were done for that purpose! At least, that is my personal bet! They are following the EXACT process their 2 competitors did! Those 2 BOTH did a R/M to become public trading companies! Delfin is following the same process is my bet! At least that is what all the filings with all the agencies are stating! Hell Fred Jones, the CEO of Delfin is signing the damn filings!!! You can highlight his signature! I know this may be a simplistic way to look at it, but I am a simple guy! I try to use common sense and to keep my emotions out of trading decisions. JMHO
