A long time ago (you lose track of time with this play) but around 2 yrs ago I think) vplm filed suit for infringement against like 5 companies. Let's see, apple, AT&T, Verizon, hell, now I can't even remember them all (easy to Google) and they have a list of nearly 60 more to sue. Of course there are many more potential sue-ees, in case we "run out", lol. So then those lawsuits were put on ice by the filing of 8 separate IPRs by the Klingons and the Kardashians..... That took about 18 mos to settle which was the good ol' mysterious "clean sweep" after an unprecedented and unexplained (but it came on the heels of the sawyer letters) ptab panel replacement. Lol, I asked the question why the hell was the panel replaced & they got on my case for asking, lol. So now that THAT has ended.......oh wait, but now it's NOT ended bcuz apple is now contesting the PTAB ruling and the letters and the this and the that and the whatever else their trillion dollars leads them to think of next... But in the meantime, afaik, there is a 1/26/18 court date scheduled abiut getting those "stays" lifted. The trials were "stayed" by mutual agreement in order to deal with the IPRs first (ughhhh). Then, once the stays are lifted, the judge can reset a new date for the infringement trial to begin. Then, come back in a few years. That's all I know (or think I know).

Oh and by the way, lol, there's another 2 trials on ice, locksmith financial sued vplm so vplm sued locksmith or verse-visa? about the "missing" 125 million shares of vplm stock which vplm says was stolen by vplm's former Chairman & ceo, dickhead Kipping. Those shares, were lost, afaik, on huck Finns (sawyer) watch and then, immediately after, lol, he stepped down as ceo of vplm with no reason given. Listen, can I interest you in a movie making deal? (for much surer & quicker money)
