FleetSafer® by Cogosense is a software solution for smartphones and tablets that automatically detects driving status and enforces compliance with corporate safe driving policies.

FleetSafer® detects driving state and automatically puts the device in "Safe Mode" while driving.

In Safe Mode, a curtain screen blocks access to the keyboard and screen. All notifications and alerts are suppressed – including incoming calls, texts and emails.

Fleetsafer by Cogosense has been selling and bringing in revs now for years. ONCI has purchased Cogosense and Fleetsafer.

Cogosense Technology Inc. designs and develops telematics solutions and provides GPS fleet management systems. The company’s products include bSafeMobile and FleetSafer, service solutions that detects the driving state and automatically puts the device in safe mode while driving. It was formerly Aegis Mobility, Inc. Cogosense Technology Inc. was founded in 2006 and is based in Burnaby, Canada.

Cogosense has partnered with companies such as AT&T, Sprint, CNA, Verizon, and others.

Aegis patents fall under Cogosense ownership.

As of September 8, 2017, Cogosense Technology Inc. operates as a subsidiary of On4 Communications, Inc.

In 1955, Dick Hendley started a small family-owned business called IH Services in Greenville, South Carolina providing restroom cleaning to gas stations and restaurants.

Questions to ask...

So, why have we not heard SB discuss much about Fleetsafer? We know he started aggressively selling BSafeMobile back in December of 2016. But what about the already revenue producing Fleetsafer? What plans does SB have for that product? Why was it so important to get 100% of Cogosense and have to add debt to do so?
