Cosa ( ma che cosa dici?) you should reveal these facts to CELLUCCI...he just made a huge mistake buying Helpcomm ....no? Terrible deal the way you describe it, somebody needs to make him aware.

Helpcomm revenues is very minimal. It has huge overhead, payroll being the biggest. It's not like a finders fee that goes straight to the bottom line. Based on past performance of Helpcomm annual rev at $6 million a year and over 30 employees, bottom line revenue from here would probably be between $100k to $$500k annually.
