Right now the hypothetical return for ORC is 16.77% in order to get back to its perceived pay out of 19% desired by investors, the price will have to come down to around 7.50 give or take a few pennies?

with more interest rate hikes anticipated in 2018 and continued stock dilution every quarter I would expect further reductions here.
