Yes stocks do a reverse split to get the price up to a reasonable level. But I don't think ASCK is even thinking about that now, they know their price is low because they don't have a land deal to build their plant and there is dilution that may still be going on and no word from them on the status of anything. They also know if they complete a land deal and start building their plant they could be profitable within a year, or at least thats what Sprovieri has said. Just that simple news of closing a land deal and having financing for their plant would drive this stock up to where they would not need to worry about a reverse split.

On the other hand, if they know all hope is lost for now of starting a plant, then they have no news to report that will encourage investors and they might do a reverse split.

As for their remaining debt, Sprovieri said in his last interview in Nov that the company has virtually no debt, except the 160K left in notes (because they were gifted money from their parent company that doesn't show in their reports because it is internal, which is something new to me). The balance sheets show they are carrying more debt than that, but if they make $3 million profit in their first year of operation like Sprovieri says they will make then what debt they have remaining is really trivial.

If they can close a deal to buy the Goldendale land plot and close on financing for their plant then they know they don't need to do a reverse split, the stock will go up on its own.
