I keep asking myself the question as to why Mr. Brickner would spend $35K to gain control of Start Scientific? He could have already taken Omni Elite Holdings public but hasn't. It would be more cost effective to acquire a shell already in place with OTC, isn't that correct?

That reason alone is why I took a position here and believe we will get news of reverse merger sooner than later. JMO
