Thanks for all that, Chemist. The essential point here is that PIOE will have to disclose all the relevant financial info for RCP 2 & 3.

What we likely WON'T get, but would be nice to have "in a perfect investor world," is much if any granular info or in-depth discussion about RCP's private-equity investments in private companies. That would be very interesting info to have, but RCP will likely try to keep that stuff as private as possible, as i think Doncamel was saying here the other day.....
