If you really do DD on HCTI then you will come and say that there is NO LIMIT. If management corrects the things like license, Financials and outstanding shares count then it can even see DOLLAR. In OTC there are several stocks that ran to 20 cents and above from 0001 in few months. Let's hope management doesn't mess up the share price.
