Mad Catz Global own somewhere around 50,000,000 shares of MCZAF. They need it because this "empty shell" still has licences to IP that became worthless once the brand went under but are still essential to keep the newly revived company alive. I tried shorting, you can't get ANY shares at all. This seems interesting to hold on to 10k shares and see how it will do but will remain skeptical and keep doing my research as you all should.
