Huh? Where? Do you have a link of that? Just look at the shippers as they have 1 -2 RS every single year. I dont see any proof of that at all.

In fact an RS is a corporate action which FINRA has said they have no control over that as long as the company has followed all the state SOS requirements. Feel free to contact FINRA and they will tell you the ssme.
