Feds Collect Record Income Taxes Through December; Still Run $225 Billion Deficit

I ran the numbers just for fun. These are round figures and please scrutinize my math but it appears we sent approx. 100,000.00 PER SECOND to D.C. and obviously how are you going to run a gov't on that so they spent 128,000.00 PER SECOND during the 1st qtr based on a 90 day time frame.....
Drunk sailors everywhere in stunned disbelief.......
Stockholm Syndrome is alive and well if you look at the fact that the gov't creates nothing without first relieving the producers of the spoils of their labor........but wait, there's more.....
Throw in the magic money machine to bolster the appearance of prosperity through jacking up the markets and I'm sure this will end well.
Read the comments in this article by the people who get it and understand how absurd the notion of paying for a tax cut really is when broken down.
We most certainly don't have a revenue problem, far from it, we have a bunch power addicted leeches draining us six ways to Sunday and then being able to convince the sheep that THEIR greed is the problem.....

Total tax collections in the first quarter of fiscal 2018 equaled $769,512,000,000. But because the government spent $994,467,000,000 during the quarter, the Treasury ran a deficit of $224,955,000,000.
