I think there are a few points about this company that can make an investor tentative (like any small cap stock), but I don't think you hit on any of them and don't agree with your reasoning.

Your missing a company that's consistently doubling it's revenue and is projected to double again in 2018.

Your statement about Lowes or Home Depot can be seen as valid, but you know many those stores exist in the states they're currently in? Why do people go back to Growgen?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds to me like you haven't spoken to any Growgen customers.  The quality of service and the diverse array of product offering at Growgen is unmatched.  They even have certain products that they themselves are exclusively allowed to sell and I think this could grow as they increase stores.   They are developing a positive name and reputation, which in today's economy is extremely important and can supersede price (though not always obviously). I would challenged you to speak to Growgen customers or read reviews online and then formulate an opinion. Here is just a small sample. https://m.yelp.com/biz/grow-generation-las-vegas-2

Also if you call up the CEO (which you should) you will see that have a dual bricks and mortar online platform.  Once a customer enters the store and would like to buy consistently they set up an online program with them to encourage and could soon automate future orders with ease (return customers). Also CEO said they hope to uplist to a major exchange end of this year/begining of next yeàr.

For these reasons I have been plugging to buy this stocks since $1.80 and I will continue. I do beleive it could be slightly overvalued currently but I stand by this is a long term play , or buy out candidate therefore the price differential is nominal.

I think the only two concerns are that the website not being comparable to Amazon's yet and that CEO is not expanding aggressively enough, but I also don't know what he's dealing with on a day to day basis. But to say you wouldn't touch it with an 11 foot pole leads me to believe you did very shallow DD on this company and prob spent 15-30 minutes max.
