Based on how the BAR treated Global Marine.....

it would seem Juno is doubtful when it comes to getting a recovery permit. We'll see.

But why would they continue at Melbourne? They've found a buckle they weren't suppose to bring up, a 5' x 16' piece of the upper hull, the cannon their partner illegally tried to remove, and some iron pins. Beyond that very little has been found by Seafarer's Quest.

Nearly $4.5MM has been added to their deficit since obtaining the 1st permit on Melbourne, and nearly 2B shares have been issued in that time frame.

They asked the BAR for a recovery permit on Area 2 over 3 years ago, though it doesn't appear they actually applied, but what is it that suggest Melbourne is worth continuing to explore?

And is GM correct when they say it ain't worth it trying to work with the BAR?

Nearly $4.5MM and about 2/3 of their OS and they have what to show for it?
