I guess at that because of how fast this can move. Contracts will make this fly and I believe once the first contract if secured and other companies see this is for real, I think the single largest prob for the co will be managing the influx of sales.
BTW no priv investor that I know of has more than just over 100M shares. With what the group I am involved with holds, it would be impossible to a person to hold 800M common shares, now they may have the equivalent in Preferred shares if they made a private investment.
