For all the reasons you have mentioned, all should support Sammon's petition. Sammon's petition is about challenging legitimacy of congressional law that restricts Citizen's access to regular courts and makes it difficult to file claims by putting restrictions on where claims can be filed. If regular courts can decide on matters of national importance, then why put restrictions on filing monetary claims? These restriction only help crooks at the cost of common people.
