Kind of strange that the January promise of audit and form 10 so far nothing!!!


I guess this huge corporation's book keeping requires a good CPA probably
years to audit the books not weeks. The form 10 must be some kind of
difficult to do. If these are not done in January I hope we can get rid
of these 2 clowns, and hopefully get someone that has seen a movie in
their life time in as CEO. It might even be nice if we found someone that
could read a script and decide if it remotely has a chance of making
money, which we know our CEO doesn't have that capacity.
