Will Load PUT for 11/16 if No infrastructure bill by June

If infrastructure bill is NOT passed and implemented by June, there will not be any chance of republicans winning senate. That will crash the wall street in October. That crash will cause republican loss in house too. Therefore no infrastructure bill will trigger me to load PUT.

All the above can be avoided if POTUS uses $100B carrot from GSE's warrant money to get infrastructure bill pass by June.

I donot think $1 Trillion infrastructure bill by appropriation get approved on top of $1.5 Trillion taxcut. The perceived total $2.5 Trillion addition to the deficit will NOT get infrastructure bill approved unless you have $100B carrot from GSE.
