From delayed future dates for Sweeney court, it looks plaintiff is NOT sure of good evidence for favorable ruling. Now, it is clear that Plaintiff is delaying to dump their shares.
Government also is not planning to fix before election based on December 19th date. If republicans delay it till election, realestate will go down because of GSE's conservatorship and less investment in realestate. More investment will be going to the Wall Street because of corporate taxcut.
If there is no resolution of GSE by March-April then there will be no time for realestate to thrive before election. Main street thrives when realestate thrives. The lack of main street support to the republicans will lead to crash of the wall street in October. Then republicans are set to loss both houses. Then POTUS will be lame duck.
