Now I'm getting confused.
Are restricted common stock issued prior to a Chill, and vested after the Chill, affected by the Chill ?
Are restricted common stock issued prior to a Chill, and remain after the Chill as not yet being vested, affected by the Chill ?
Perhaps John Bourque, as he seems to know this stuff, give a Twitter tweet with answer.
