I never said this either. I'm not sure where you are drawing such conclusions.
so you're just dodging the thrust of the point by claiming I'm saying that you said that. Very Trumpian of you.
I dodge nothing. I'm just merely pointing out that the conclusion you are making about my statements was not within my intent or within the actual words that came out of my fingers. I did, however, laugh at the Trumpian comment. Amazing when your president of the United States can be used as an insult just by stating his name. haha.
We all want the judges to make the right calls. they haven't on the merits presented. So you've made 0 progress in convincing me or anyone else objectively examining this situation that the judges you hold in such high regard deserve that reverence. Turns out they don't.
I'm not sure what this is related to. And I'm not trying to convince you or anyone else of anything. I am merely stating a fact of life. Judges can not rule on issues not presented to them...and that seems to be what you and others are asking for the judges to do. And until HERA is overturned BY A FILED VALID CLAIM ATTACKING HERA THAT THE COURTS CAN ACTUALLY RULE ON, then HERA is law and judges are BOUND to it the same way they are bound to the 1st Amendment or any other law on the books.
