I know he said the shoot packs weren't an Army priority, I read that to mean they were halted. More than likely it was my misunderstanding.

They stay very busy at The Army lab with all kinds of exciting stuff, so I wouldn't be surprise if the shoot packs aren't a priority for them. That's a lot different from them being halted.

Do I have you right in that you interpreted what Ben told you as him saying the shoot packs are halted and you didn't clarify that? That's kind of an important issue I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like clarification on that.
