No not at all as the key is a special key and not just something you can run down to Walmart and buy. The machine is not down for any technical reason as I would know that..
Why do you keep trying to spin that the machines do not work when you do not know this to be true, all you know is someone told you the machine was not running but they did not tell you why, and you know why they did not tell you why? Because its really none of your business as to that aspect of operations...I am not trying to be rude just realistic as to why are you calling the Nipton store or anywhere else other then to try and bring up out of context points that spin negativity on the machines.
Sorry to inform you but really it is a key issue and we will handle it as we see fit....
