I wouldn't be too sure about Armacanqui having anything to do with WOGI. Certainly, NOTHING has transpired in the past two years with respect to the international opportunities, enhanced oil recovery, Peruvian contracts, WOPEC (LOL) or anything else Jesus was supposed to do for the Wogi.

NOTHING.

If Armacnaqui still is with WOGI, who cares? Nothing ever came of it.

And if he isn't with WOGI, as I have reason to believe, WOGI in Peru is in HIS name. It doesn't belong to WOGI USA.

If I am killed by a gun today.
