I have never gained vital insight from IR, i used the times I called to clarify public information (user fee range, if a previously mentioned pilot was active or not, etc.).
Most times they did not have answers that were helpful. they are limited in what they can state / has to be public so you can only gain so much value.
It is the right of all SHs to contact them and recommend all to do so if you have a concern or question.
I typically used each convo to ask that Miller and Co. be more conservative or stop statements on partnerships / especially potential customers as their historical accuracy was 0%.
When a company's leadership sets a pattern of not achieving any of the goals they set whether it be: listing to a major exchange, becoming breakeven, bringing in the first customer thru a partnership - Transunion, Aruba, etc. to the pilot role out of the German Helathcare project with DT that never occurred ( all previously made and I am happy to provide links) this make you realize that this is less an investment and more a spec play with a CEO that cannot be trusted due to his track record.
Like i stated, when they secure a large user contract and it goes to implementation I will change my view on this company. Until then Caveat emptor
