You could probably accumulate what you want at that price. In a thinly traded stock like this, it is affected by any large buy or sell and you can create a cap or floor at will. I would not try to buy in lots greater than 5k and even that is large for BOCX. Looking at yesterdays trades, try 5k lots, all or none at .64 and you will probably get filled. When the price gets down in the 50's, Moro has usually done something to get the price back up.
