Wrong. The CEO never said "transactionable business model" in any PR released to GDSI shareholders.

There is no document/communication with the cited phrase "transactionable business model". It's just BS.

The CEO also knows if he releases a fraudulent PR, it may be lights out for GDSI and possibly him as well.

The SEC won't be kind to GDSI or any CEO representing it if he/she doesn't adhere to SEC rules and regs.

Bill telegraphed the obvious. He is partnering with a Crypto or blockchain.
He has the shell to do it. Its very shrewd. Crypto is razor hot and once the announcement is made, we climb to a dime.
The first give away was "transactionable business model" The second hint was the Toekn conference.
Prepare for BIG news folks. GDSI could well go to 25 cents on the right news....
