I see more law suites and I truly believe this puts Nutra Pharma Corp. in the cross hairs of some bio's and pharma's for a buyout!!

21 patents protect their intellectual property!

Just throw "Orphan Drug Status" in for grins :) !

Hilarious that we are sitting at 2 million market cap when we deserve 20-40 million today for Orphan Drug Status alone! LOL

NOT FOR LONG!!!

Biotech Roundup: Opioid News, ASH Preview, Boston Bio IPOs & More

Nutra Pharma has a solution and its FDA Registered and works!!! It's time for Federal and State government agencies to get with the program. This crisis is not going away. Soon the crisis will have political impacts in elections. The alternative pipeline you will note in the article below is THIN. There are few solutions and approaches. NPHC is a Market Cap play with 21 patents, figure they get only 1% Market Share for alternatives to the opiate crisis. I will let everyone here do their own math! I guarantee it is much much higher than 1 million.

Job now is to get the alternative opioid solution out to folks that really need it which is in the millions of people not to mention our "Orphan Drug Status" for our Pediatric MS solutions. There are kids with MS that need this as well. Crucial folks !!!

The rising death toll from opioids has prompted policymakers to try various ways to take on the problem. President Trump’s opioid commission released its final report this week, calling for expansion of drug courts, better physician training, and penalties for insurers that don’t cover treatment.

But the commission did not say how much its recommendations would cost, nor did it offer a way to pay for them. The absence of those details highlight the difficulties in addressing the crisis. One option is offering other, non-addictive medications. But as an Xconomy report noted, the pipeline of alternatives is thin due to various challenges developing new pain drugs. Some officials are pursuing legal remedies. New Jersey sued Stamford, CT-based Purdue Pharma, pinning blame for the state’s opioid crisis on the drug maker’s marketing tactics to doctors and patients.

Its my understanding Rik has consultants already working with the various state, federal, and health industry decision makers to introduce Nyloxin and share the results and its viability as an alternative to opioid's.

Rik had mentioned in his email stickied above that they are working with the government and VA. I can't help but think some of the joint ventures he also discussed could include not only the FDA Orphan Drug Status Phase II trials but also getting Nyloxin out there as an alternative to opioid's.

Well, let's see... OWC* ran to over $300M market cap on possible orphan drug status with no clinical trials, product, or

revs at the time. We already have a celebrity endorsement on one of our existing products and awaiting Phase II study news, so....

300 Million and not near the potential as NPHC!

We sit at 1.3 million market cap now. Laughable. Not for long!!!

Its all in the market cap folks!!!

Just for Grins 300 million would represent a PPS of .16 cents for NPHC.

NPHC IS NO ONE TRICK PONY!!!

* “The Nyloxin product is amazing. It’s non-addictive, no opiate, non-narcotic. In the last model, it outperformed morphine. The Nyloxin lasted 4-6 hours longer than the morphine without any of the side effects. Additionally, since the dose of Nyloxin is so small compared to the dose of morphine required, the Nyloxin was considered to be approximately 600 times more potent than the morphine on a molecular basis.,” explained Rik Deitsch, CEO of Nutra Pharma Corp.

Folks this is amazing!!! Once the word gets out on this the rest will take care of itself.

Opioid abuse crisis takes heavy toll on US Veterans ...

   November 10, 2017

NEW YORK – Opioid drug abuse has killed more Americans than the Iraq, Afghanistan and Vietnam wars combined, and U.S. veterans and advocates this Veteran's Day are focusing on how to help victims of the crisis.

Veterans are twice as likely as non-veterans to die from accidental overdoses of the highly addictive painkillers, a rate that reflects high levels of chronic pain among vets, particularly those who served in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, according to federal data.

U.S. government and healthcare officials have been struggling to stem the epidemic of overdoses, which killed more than 64,000 Americans in the 12 months ending last January alone, a 21 percent increase over the previous year, according to the Centers for Disease Control. About 65,000 Americans died in Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan.

President Donald Trump named opioids a national public health emergency and a White House commission last week recommended establishing a nationwide system of drug courts and easier access to alternatives to opioids for people in pain.

"Our veterans deserve better than polished sound bites and empty promises," said former Democratic Congressman Patrick Kennedy, a recovering addict and a member of the president's opioid commission.

REVIEW:

What irons are in the fire we do not know about? The items we have so far can be verified by 10Q's, websites, snapshots of emails, etc. I am sure I have missed something. There are so many opportunities here. A few have brought up the issue of debt. Folks this is OTC/pinky land. What stock doesn't have debt. Rik has already mentioned joint ventures. I believe Rik and others are working out financing agreements with legitimate lenders which will enable NPHC to bring to market new and existing groundbreaking and much needed solutions! The positives far out way the negatives and WE ARE AT THE GROUND FLOOR! Trips are about as low as you can get folks! Just how many sub penny stocks have a portfolio of products and potential that NPHC currently has? Then look at our current Market Cap. Enough said IMHO! There are never any guarantees in the land of pinky's but I like our chances. The list above is filled with a multitude of material events all capable of driving up the Market Cap/PPS in quick fashion. Like I have said before perform your own DD and see what you find.

ALL POSTS are just my opinion! Never BUY/SELL stock based on only them! Perform your own DD and make your own decision!
