October was the best month for ECCI the past 2 years..Because of hurricanes..I live in South Florida and every year we get at the very least 1 or 2 "Hurricane Warnings"..The Weather Forecasters are on TV 24/7, Storm Shutters go up, evacuations start, the bottled water and plywood get sold-out at the stores etc. Then after 3-5 days of this the storm goes out too sea. Even a "False Alarm" will bring us back to double digits! IMO,,
