OK smartypants......you need to backup your statements with some answers to these questions.

!. Why have there been 100's of miniscule volume sales lately?

2. Please provide your calculations on how the last note will produce 100M shares. 100M shares is obviously more than 3 times the current outstanding shares. Whoever owns these shares should have complete control of the company.

3. How does the holder of this note release for sale part of the note value in shares.

And it is refreshing to know TUEFF will be around for several more years (according to you anyway). That gives us TEUFFies more time for our legal challenge.
