CAPC at .53 is a EMBARRASSMENT to all shareholders. This stock only has 47 Million Outstanding Shares, but is the least promoted/known Stock in the OTC.

The BLAME for this belongs to Management 100%.

Do they have the ability or know how to correct this?????????????????

I believe this should be at 2.00 NOW.
