Uh, laws don't establish rights. Laws can be used to protect, limit and/or interpret our rights - but they definitely don't establish rights.

I guess they should have called it "The Bill of Protections, Limitations or Interpretations" rather than "The Bill of Rights". lol.

If you don't believe that the Constitution clearly lays out what our rights are, then I don't know what else I could possibly tell you.

And I'm curious where, exactly, you believe our rights come from then?
