At $0.01 earnings the PPS would be $0.25 at a conservative 25 PE ratio.

With 342,113,098 shares outstanding, that equates to $3.4 million annual profit by USRM.

USRM will earn @$.01/Share in 2017! The company has turned the corner and is profitable unless there are any really strange charges in the 4th. qtr..
This CEO has turned the company around and set it up for a reverse split and then back to the Nasdaq Small Cap market.This will take a few qtrs. but I now can see the light.
