IF HE SELLS THE SHELL THEY WOULD HAVE TO REGISTER AS A NEW COMPANY AND ISSUE NEW SHARES FOR THE NEW COMPANY.

IT WOULD BE ILLEGAL TO EXCHANGE THE ARIOQ SHARES.
