If there are all these details and announcements coming in the proxy then why weren't we given those as $EPGL shareholders long ago?? Think of how many people got crushed from buying from .05 down and gave up because shitbird Hayes has withheld very important material events if we are to believe the coming proxy contains such big information?

All of this stinks to hifh heaven of a scam from a punksheet CEO selling shares and screwing shareholders.
