I have spoken with Stamper a few times and I don't enjoy speaking with him. He doesn't give straight answers and he always comes back to "Barz just needs money".
He also deflects alot and seems to be hiding the true story.
He told me one time that Kayne's is building the Network Extender and I told him no, the PR says Kayne's is building the ROVR. He told me I must have some information he doesn't have...lol
That was around last summer.
