I was told my Scottrade that the figure of 223 million Abattis outstanding stock shares includes the stock shares to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd PPs (Private Placements). However, it does not include the 30 million shares for Green Tree and Winston Definitive Agreement. Scottrade said that Abattis, a Canadian Company, was approved by OTC and OTC Abattis Informations is more accurate.

Further all the PPs provides Warrants that entitled the holder to purchase one share of the Company at $.65 per share.
