I am shocked that people are selling here...days before an audit and then uplisting and we all just got a FREE advance news release via the RSHN news...totally my guess but to me it means they’re doing an MJ play...”to the moon Alice”!

PS, if this information just happened then it means its a subsequent events disclosure in the audit under GAAP and the need to do that subsequent event might be why the audit is held up a little.
