Looks like $516k cash is it as far as I can tell.

Guessing the surving company will issue stock to raise capital...and start new insurance / financial budiness

OR

Reverse merger from a private company with revenues to take advantage of NOL...private company is now public listed company without IPO cost...

Can only hope for a nice outcome.
