The company is very clearly preparing for news to be released on their activities. they are freeing up 150k common shares that are currently restricted. There is essentially no real float on this ticker. if they released news on this right now, without having a viable share structure, it could cause issues like seen with CR*W taking a skull and bones

little more patience and you'll see. this is without a doubt, at its furthest bottom possible
