this is my basic understanding, and i'm not going back to look at the exact numbers so excuse my rounding off of numbers:

dcth did convertible financing for $10 or $11 million...the financiers were able to sell stock they received at about a 20% discount..they sold and sold as the o/s went from a few million to 114 million (and the stock from $10 + down to .03 after r/s) once the financiers were owed about $2 million, a new deal was put in place..they were given 120 million shares to pay them off..they receive those shares at a % to the o/s in order to not have to create filing issues etc..so imho they are using maxm to slowly sell off the last 120 million shares..or perhaps if they like what they see keep some for higher prices..

the higher the volume the better - as they can release more quicker...

i'm not a good dd guy so people can correct me..i just trade the charts and what i see in front of me..but this one has me intrigued ha
