haha....ok, fair enough. I'll bet you that next week brings an increase in volume and plunging share price though!

The filing ALLOWS Lincoln Park to sell shares, if and when it decides to do so.



BTW--when McDonalds opened a restaurant in our town they filed for a business license. The granting of the license ALLOWED them to sell hamburgers in our town--IF and WHEN they decided to do so. Nowhere in the acceptance of the license did it say they WOULD sell hamburgers, or that they MUST sell hamburgers.
