Please identify the bonuses “just approved.” There are none. Options and RSUs were granted two years ago and virtually all of the options are underwater. The registration of shares needed to cover those pre-existing options does not actually issue shares. People need to understand the difference between share registration and share issuance. It amazes me how many people don’t understand the difference.
