NOLS---Lets just clear this up. The value of the NOLs is 50-55 billion. What companies can you is 20% per year. The value of the NOLs is still 55 billion. A company can use UP TO 11 billion a year for the duration of the NOLs. If they have more than 55 billion of taxable income during that time, they can use all 55 billion. [color=red][/color] So, for those who claim the value is the tax rate is dead wrong. You are knowingly or unknowingly spreading false information. I.E. stockmojo and others.
