Tax selling drove this down at the end of '17. To realize the tax benefit, accounts must wait 30 days before buying back or wash rule applies. Everyday, more accounts become available to buy back as the 30 day limit passes. There is a lot of headroom here, and this can help trigger a short squeeze as well as good news keeps rolling out.
All IMHO of course.

No matter what, put more of your faith in the analysts than in anyone here ...
