I didn’t get screwed one bit. I loaded the piss out of EXAD while Dwyer was fraudulently raising the AS without proxies over and over again while he lefcoe and Gorman ran the same BDCI merger Scam as they did trying to lure WOGI into it. It’s all there in black and White in the filings. What happened in the Bahamans with WOGI and BDCI? LMAO Gorman/Lefcoe and Dwyer stole from WOGI. his EXAD SCAM got shut down and immediately revoked so they went to their other scam TGGI which is also in the Baron Filings. It looks to me like Mr Hall didn’t wanna play the Scam ball with Dwyer and there is some bad feelings because WOGI is running a Clean ship as you can see with the 101 mill share float.

What was EXAD’s AS when it got Shut down? LOL the AS got raised what 2-3 times? With NO PRE PROXY? LOL... Also BCAP how many times did Baron screw over clients like WOGI and not Deliver? Didn’t it just have another fake RM? And a RS get denied?

Seems like the only clean company out of them all is WOGI and didn’t Dwyer LOSE WOGI to Mr Hall because he thought Mr Hall was gonna be another Puppet like Lefcoe and Gorman...

I cannot lose here. WOGI is gonna make me money or be a write off.

But it’s comical how much Drama occurred back in 2015. All the filings between the 2 companies is pretty crazy and worth the read.. Heck Baron even got into with people from Ihub in the Filings and stuff. Crazy!


Best of luck Geryon. I understand your gripes and respect that. Just understand I am a investor and the drama doesn’t bother me. I just wanna see OIL lol. Simple as that.
