Here are some trades that I did not report yesterday and why. I bought 1000 shares of KODK at $9.40, with the plan to sell 10 calls at .80. These were the Jan 19, strike $10's. When I placed the order to sell the calls the spread was .80 x .85, with 160 contracts available to sell into at .80. Plenty to absorb a 10 contract sell. I placed the order, and expected to see an immediate execution. But I didn't. When I checked the price of the option right after, it was now .70 x .75??!! The stock price was still $9.35 x $9.40. How does that happen?? Basically, they saw my measly 10 contract order and moved everything down. They can't do that. I am owed a fill. I called TDA, and no help. What is worse, while I was on the phone with them I saw 30 contracts trade at .80. But it wasn't me. Which I mentioned to them, and they still did nothing.

In order to try and make up for this, I ended up buying another 2000 shares of KODK. 1000 at $8.674, and another 1000 $8.235. Current pre-market price is $8.05 frown

To add insult to injury, my KODK puts barely changed in value yesterday...I was so pissed about all this I did not feel like writing it all out. From what I have seen Fidelity has much better executions than TDA, and the prices are better.
